Lucas is an experienced therapist with a Remedial Massage Therapy Diploma from the New South Wales School of Massage. He has practised extensively with Physiotherapists and Chiropractors and has a specialised interest in Sports injuries. He also has chosen to focus on the healing technique of Cranio-Sacral and Myofascial Release as he believes the profound approach used in this massage offers a very deep sense of release on an emotional and physical level.
Lucas believes that massage is essential in supporting our busy and often stressful lifestyles and is a wonderful way of giving back to the self.
